Come join us for a Harvest Festival. Dress up in your best farm or farm animal clothes. We will have carnival games, a cupcake walk, crafts, a photo booth for your cell phone photos, and hopefully a hayride.
Event Details
Heartland field trips are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration.
**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip or event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

Refunds will not be given for any reason. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher that planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you. You may not send a different family in your place as we will not have a waiver for them.
May I pay using my student's planning amount? No, you must pay out of pocket with a credit card on Eventbrite for tickets to this event. Students are $5 and chaperones are free. Only one chaperone per family is allowed due to limited space.
Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? All attendees will need a ticket. Due to limited space, only one chaperone per family will be allowed.
What are the check-in procedures? Check-in at 9:45 am at the check-in table by the parking lot.
Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free.
Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Water bottles are ok.
*Heartland does not provide transportation for any of our field trips.
